We may make changes to this Website and Terms and Conditions from time to time by removing or adding any part without prior warning. Your continued use of this website will be deemed acceptance of these changes.
Website registration
When you place an order for the first time on our Website you will be asked to choose if you want to create a user name and password. You are also required to enter some personal/company information to enable you to create an account. You mustn’t allow anyone to gain access to your user name or password. You must notify us immediately if you feel someone else has got hold of these details by e-mailing us at [email protected].
You will be able to change your password at anytime by logging onto the site and editing the details on your account page.

Subscription
You can change the delivery frequency, your delivery address, change the product mix or cancel at any time through your customer account page. If it is possible we will let you know about any changes to the price of your order, the timing of supply or anything else which would be necessary as a result of your requested change and ask you to confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the change.
Fraud prevention
Now and again our bank card processing company warns us that although a payment has been accepted, the transaction is suspicious. When this happens, we’ll make additional checks with you. If you don’t respond to our requests for more info, we may be forced to cancel the transaction in case it is fraudulent. If so, we’ll have to cancel the order and refund the amount paid but we’ll do all we can to make sure you can make another order asap.
Statutory rights
Customers in the European Union have the right to cancel or withdraw from a purchase of a product if done so within 7 working days after the date of delivery. On completion of the cancellation of our contract, you will receive a full refund, including the original standard delivery charge.
If you cancel the purchase of a product then you must return the goods at your own expense. You are also responsible for any loss or damage incurred in the process of returning the goods.

Refunds can only be made to the original card of purchase.
We do not accept returns from countries outside of the European Union.
